Juhász Testvérek Winery is a second-generation family estate located in the Eger Wine Region. The winery began in 1996 with just one and a half hectares of vineyards, and today it stands among not only Eger’s but Hungary’s most significant wineries, supported by state-of-the-art technology and internationally awarded wines.
In 2002, we reached an important milestone: we planted nearly 10 hectares of vineyards — including the now-renowned Paptag vineyard — and built our modern winery on the gentle slopes of Kőlyuktető in Eger.

The release of Juhász Rosé in 2010 marked another turning point. It became a nationwide success and helped establish our reputation as producers of vibrant yet refined wines.

In 2018, we opened our new, modern winemaking facility in Egerszalók, applying some of the most advanced technology in Central Europe to preserve the character and purity of our wines.
Crafted from 350 hectares of sustainably cultivated vineyards, our wines are known for their clarity, precision, and expressive varietal character — earning the appreciation of wine lovers and professionals around the world.

Made from this beloved Hungarian grape, the wine contains no added aromas and is crafted using a gentle, award-winning alcohol-removal technology that is nearly unique in Hungary. This modern dealcoholization process revolutionizes the world of wine: it allows for the complete removal of alcohol while preserving every sensory value — aroma, flavour, and texture.
The result: a fresh, fragrant, and light wine that retains the complexity and elegance typical of Irsai Olivér. Low in calories yet rich in experience — finally, no more “I can’t drink now” moments for Irsai lovers.

Juhász Éden Classic Brut

Éden is the newest sparkling wine from Juhász Testvérek Winery — a significant milestone in our premium portfolio. Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir using the traditional method, this sparkling wine features vibrant acidity beautifully balanced by fruit-forward, floral, and pastry-like flavours. Notes of refreshing citrus, green apple, a touch of almond, and a creamy biscuit character unfold in the glass.

A meeting of classic elegance, contemporary freshness, and artisanal precision, Éden is produced following the méthode traditionnelle, with bottle fermentation and ageing on the lees.

Serving suggestions:
Enjoy as an aperitif, or pair it with fish and white meats. Serve well-chilled at 6–7°C.

Owner & Winemaker

In 2018, the leadership of the family winery was passed on to Ádám Juhász, the representative of the second generation, who now serves as both winemaker and managing director. Ádám is dedicated to producing wines of the highest quality, guided by a deep respect for heritage and a commitment to innovation. His international studies and experience abroad play a significant role in shaping the future of the winery — continuing its story bottle by bottle.

This year, he was awarded the title of Winemaker of the Year in Eger, which he received during the Eger Wine Festival in a ceremonial setting.
