These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the juhaszbrotherswinery.hu webshop and to contracts concluded through the webshop.

2. Subject of the Contract

The webshop allows customers to purchase wines and related products. By placing an order, a sales contract is concluded between the customer and Juhász FMS Kft.

3. Conditions of Purchase

Purchases through the webshop are subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer must be at least 18 years of age. Alcoholic products may only be sold to persons of legal age.

  • The customer accepts the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

4. Ordering Process

  • The customer selects the desired product.

  • The customer adds the product to the shopping cart.

  • The customer provides the delivery and billing information.

  • The customer selects the payment method.

  • The customer finalises the order.

Placing an order entails an obligation to make payment. The customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

5. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed in the webshop are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT.

Available payment methods:

  • payment by bank card

  • bank transfer

I acknowledge that the following personal data stored in the user database of www.juhaszbrotherswinery.hu, by the data controller Juhász FMS Kft. (3394 Egerszalók, Széchenyi István út 79, Hungary), will be transferred to SimplePay Zrt. as the data processor.

6. Delivery

The ordered products are delivered by DPD courier service.

The customer is required to check the package for any damage upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the customer receives the product.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in undamaged condition.

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

The operator will respond to complaints within a maximum of 10 days.

9. Consumer Protection Remedies

The customer has the right to:

  • refer the matter to a conciliation board
