On the nose, vibrant fruit notes of red currant, black cherry and ripe plum are complemented by sweet spices, herbal nuances, pink peppercorn, cardamom and juniper. The palate is almost chewable, juicy and concentrated, offering layered flavours and impressive depth. An excellent pairing for dark-meat poultry such as pheasant, as well as red meats including pork tenderloin, bacon-wrapped dishes, and wild boar stew.
