Crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir using the traditional method, this sparkling wine combines lively acidity with a fruit-forward, floral, and pastry-inspired flavor profile. This cuvée perfectly balances classic elegance, contemporary freshness, and artisan precision, produced using the méthode traditionnelle – traditional bottle fermentation and aging on the lees.
