The white counterpart of Egri Bikavér is Egri Csillag. This elegant yet substantial white wine is made from a blend of grape varieties native to the Carpathian Basin and characteristic of the Eger wine region. Structured and expressive without being heavy, it is an excellent gastronomic wine, offering versatile pairing options with classic Hungarian dishes as well as vegetable-based cuisine.
